At Wigwam Socks, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your socks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Socks
Place the unworn socks in their original packaging and secure them in a mailing envelope with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
